About
I’m a product design leader with extensive experience creating and launching customer experiences in a variety of industries. I use a user-centered design approach to quickly develop minimum lovable products and transform them into beautiful, functional, and valuable experiences.
I have launched 0-1 products for authors, learners and learning providers, and customer service agents. Plus, I’ve had the fortune to go back to my visual design roots to develop non-permanent interior signage for Amazon’s new grocery store chain, Amazon Fresh – everything from the big hanging banana to category markers to electronic shelf labels.
Outside of work, I enjoy traveling, often preferring the journey more than the destination. You can also find me working on a Vandercook letterpress, cranking out prints that probably last longer than most digital campaigns I've worked on.
