Unified Service Platform

Gusto's Otto is an AI-powered advocate assistant embedded in Salesforce, built to give every advocate — new or tenured — the right information at the right moment across a fragmented, multi-domain CX org. I designed and prototyped it directly in React, shipping to the same repo as production so features could be tested days after conception instead of weeks. Otto shipped in Q4 2025 with RAG-based guidance, and three more domain expansions are now running in parallel for FY27.
