Learn@ Amazon

Learn@ Amazon is a system for accelerating capability development across Amazon's 1.25M+ employees, built on the hypothesis that ML-augmented, non-linear assessment — skipping mastered material instead of forcing linear A→B→C→D progress — could prove mastery faster than traditional training. I led UX for both the learning-provider tools and part of the learner experience, changing how instructional designers build courses and how learners understand non-linear progress. We partnered with AWS to onboard solutions architects — averaging 17 years of industry experience — significantly faster than traditional methods.
